| To dispense pin-point drops of super glue exactly

| where you want them, hold the bottle upright, point
|
| the tubing where you want it, then gently squeeze the
|
| sides of the bottle. You can watch the glue squirt slowly
|
| up through the tubing...so it's easy to release pressure
|
| at the last moment...just as the glue reaches the tip of the
|
| tubing.
|
| When you release pressure on the bottle, any residual
|
| superglue in the tube is sucked back down into
|
| the bottle. This dispenser seldom clogs up, even
|
| if left unused for weeks at a time.
|
| If it does clog up, it will always clog
|
| at the tip of the tubing. So use a scissors or
|
| a razor blade to trim off the top 1/16" or so
|
| of the tubing.
|
|
|
| You can get TEFLON tubing at model airplane shops, or
|
| at any university chemistry supply store.
|
| 18-24 guage tubing will work just fine.
|
| Use 20-24 guage thin wall Teflon tubing for the thicker ZapAGap

| Use 26-30 guage thin wall Teflon tubing for the thinner PlastiZap
|
