ponzifish1     View in Low Resolution     Defining the gray-area boundry between what is a lure and what is a fly is not so easy. This one looks like a lure walks like a lure and quacks like a lure....and it's too heavy to cast with a fly rod. So it is a lure, no doubt about it.
