| Dub from tail all the way out to the eye of

| the hook. The next totally cool trick I learned from
|
| Dan Delekta: put a drop of Krazy glue on the end
|
| of the dubbing, right behind the eye of the hook. Wind that on,
|
| wait 5 seconds and then trim the thread. You don't need a whip
|
| finish (which tends to get tangled with the hackle anyway,
|
| when tying parachutes), and the fly looks better, because
|
| there is only dubbing and no thread head.
