My First build

Hi everyone. This is my first time posting here. I am looking for some advice here. I and having a hard time deciding on what boat I should build for my first drift boat. I have had my eye on Jason Cajune's Recurve or Don Hill's 16 foot standard guide. I have never built a boat before or worked with fiberglass. I have done some woodworking ( my dad had a furniture business were he built custom log furniture of all kinds. It has just him, my mom, myself and sisters.) I guess I'm just looking for some guidance in what I should do. Oh yeah I've never steam bent anything but I get the concept and how it's done. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks Jason

A MRBoats Buffalo Boat is a good place to start. It doesn't get any easier. Home made boats are like Potato chips. I bet'cha can't build just one.

For most drift boat projects you don't need to steam bend anything.
