Preperation to seal up level floor spaces

Posted by Sandy
Im getting ready to install my top deck of the front and level floors. All exposed wood as been flow ct'd w/ epoxy and joints between the floor and the bulkhead have been taped. Im adding vent holes to accomodate pressure differentials caused by heating/cooling and to prevent condensation build up.

Just curious to know if anyone has treated these interior spaces w/ fungicides, pesticides, anti-rot paint, etc to prevent anything funky from happening over the years. I've thought about adding a larger diameter floor hatch cover to gain access but think this might be overkill and if I do find its needed I may install later. What do you guys think? Thanks...
