OK. I have the name now. This is a Parashooter.
#22 DaiRiki 125. Teal flank tails. Olive dubbing and gold wire body. Senyo Laser Dub wing. Zelon Right Hackle. Water based fabric cement. You see the fabric cement at the base of the tails. It will dry to clear but it's fresh off the vise and still white and wet here in the photo.
